Most people are familiar with the country's most famous dish Ceviche but come taste some others like Blue Swimmer Crab Stuffed Potato Roll, Seafood Wontons with Chilli Cream, Slow Cooked Duck Legs with Aromatic Rice, Pork Belly with Mint Chimichurri, BBQ Prawns with Chilli, Coriander & Lemongrass,
Chilli Ganache Biscuits or Sweet Potato Doughnuts with Sticky Fig Glaze
