A selection of Canapés on arrival. Scallops and Speck on Melba toast, Atlantic Salmon Chevice on Schiacciata, Pâté of livers and herbs on pita bread triangles with Cherry tomato and Pastrame on savoury croutons with a horseradish salsa and bocconcini.

Duck Breast on Sambal Oelek Bok Choy, Satay Sauce and carrot julienne with fried noodles..

Main Course

Kangaroo Loin Fillets wrapped in a lightly smoked paperbark parcel, lime leaf segments, sage and ground coriander served with a spinach timbale and bush tomato chutney.
