Clean, fresh, Clare-fruit lemony aromas with lovely bright, crisp flavours and revitalising structure that brings a smile to the sparkles and an uncomplicated pleasure in the wine.
The 2018 vintage continues the proud Skillogalee tradition – zingy lime and lemon citrus with some mineral notes and a lingering crisp, dry finish – ideal on its own or with seafood.

The Trevarrick name is reserved for wines that are of exceptional quality and varietal character.
The wine shows an intense lift of Tahitian lime, bathpowder and floral perfume on the nose with a touch of orange blossom. The palate is highly structured and the mineral notes speak strongly of the Skillogalee Dolomite soils that nurtured the vines.

This medium sweet wine has lifted aromas of lemon curd, freshly baked pastry, lime marmalade and navel orange blossoms. The palate is finely balanced between intense concentrated fruit flavours of pomelo, custard apples and guava, and natural sweetness complemented by crisp cleansing natural acidity. Enjoy with white meat dishes, fruit based desserts and also lightly spiced and fragrant South East Asian cuisine.
Gold Medal - Clare Valley Wine Show 2014
This wine, as with previous vintages, dispels the myth that Clare cannot produce top quality Chardonnay. The wine shows lively, fresh, tropical fruit, subtle oak, and a creamy, complex, lingering finish.
Our Gewurztraminers are made in the classic style - aromatic and spicy with a crisp finish. The 2015 shows exotic aromatics of orange blossom and quince with ginger spice and orange zest follow through onto the palate which is slippery and round with fruit sweetness, balanced by refreshing, juicy acidity and a lingering, dry finish.

Rose with attitude!! This is a distinctly flavoured rose with substantial character that makes it a great aperitif or an ideal match for modern Australian cuisine.
Another vintage of this great "value for money" red. Soft, rich and approachable without compromising on flavour.
This Cabernet blend is another dark, rich wine in the Skillogalee tradition, which has a hugely aromatic impact with lifted black olive and tobacco leaf with hints of comforting Sweet Plum Pudding and chocolate. The palate is generous yet medium bodied, with finely grained mouthwatering tannin with toast and spice.

This Shiraz is a dark, rich wine in the Skillogalee tradition, with intense colour and powerful, warm aromas and flavours. On the nose and the palate there are black fruits, wild berries, plum and beetroot characters with hints of black pepper and aniseed. The tannin structure is firm but fine grained and there is a good level of natural acidity, keeping the wine fresh, lively and elegant.
Our Liqueur Muscat is a rich red amber colour with a fresh, sweet raisin nose. The palate shows nutty raisin and apricot flavours, very full and sweet, but not cloying. The finish is lingering – very smooth and more-ish. The wine has been recently repackaged in a fabulous heavy clear glass bottle and comes individually boxed.
