All our award-winning wines at Skillogalee come from our sustainably-managed, low-yielding vines grown on the hillside slopes of our single estate in the picturesque Sevenhill subregion of the Clare Valley wine region. Our fruit is carefully hand-managed in individual parcels, with each contour and block of vines picked separately at optimal ripeness and flavour. Each parcel is then fermented separately to allow us to showcase the unique characteristics of each grape variety from each site, before being blended harmoniously to hand-craft the wines we love to drink.
