The Skillogalee Rosé is made from dry-grown fruit from the Skillogalee Estate in the Clare Valley. The blend composition is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with the remainder comprising Malbec. Hand-selected fruit, harvested specifically for this wine, results in a stylish wine with intense fruit character and varietal expression.

The fruit is blended when it’s received at the winery, destemmed and chilled to 5°C. To achieve the desirable level of colour and flavour extraction, the juice was left on skins in the press. The free-run juice and light pressings are then cold-settled, racked and fermented cool to express the fruit characters of both the Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.
