Our boutique family-owned winery has been producing Sparkling Riesling since 1987 using grapes grown in our own estate vineyards nestled near Sevenhill. With over 30 years of expertise in producing Sparkling Riesling, we proudly uphold the Clare Valley’s reputation as the home of Australia’s finest Riesling.

The grapes for this wine are hand-picked from low-yielding vines grown on the sloping contours of our estate vineyards planted in the 1970s. The old vines, on the cool high-elevation slopes, produce high-quality grapes with expressive flavours, ensuring only the best grapes make it into each bottle. Hand-crafted in the winery to create a sparkling wine that is both delightful and invigorating – with generous lashings of citrus, floral aromatics, and a crisp, dry finish, this wine is light and refreshing, with a fine bead and creamy mousse.
