Join us on September 25, 2022 for a very special Festival of the Lamb event at Skillogalee in the Clare Valley.
We’ll be offering a special Long Table lunch between 12:30pm and 4:00pm where we serve up an Argentinian inspired spectacular featuring Lamb al Asador a whole lamb cooked over fire on the Asado. Asado is meat grilled in its purest form. Traditionally, the fire used to cook the meat is made with a combination of red-hot coals and firewood from the local region.
This spectacular lunch will be served as four courses with matched Skillogalee wines, and is sure to excite your taste buds as you indulge in a relaxing lunch on the verandah overlooking the vineyards.
Please note spaces are very limited for this one-off event and the price is $120/person including 4 courses and wines.
