Sales

Alcohol sales are strictly governed by age restrictions. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm this eligibility and that an adult will be present to receive the delivery. We comply with all state and territory-specific liquor licensing laws and remind customers that it’s illegal to purchase alcohol for or deliver alcohol to anyone who is under the legal drinking age or intoxicated.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to modify prices or availability without prior notice.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded by us at our discretion, in accordance with consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Promotions and Coupons

We sometimes offer promotional deals and discount coupons to enhance our customers’ experience. These promotions cannot be combined; only one coupon or discount can be applied per booking or purchase, with the greatest single saving being offered.

Coupons must be used within their validity period and cannot be applied retroactively or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time, with changes not affecting confirmed transactions.

Delivery

We offer delivery services within Australia. For international customers, local distributors are listed on our website. Additional charges for delivery are applied to all orders and are clearly detailed at checkout. Full payment, including these charges, is required before any order is dispatched. Deliveries are conducted during business hours by Australia Post or other reputable couriers, aiming to deliver within 5-10 business days. Customers may cancel their orders prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not liable for any issues that arise during delivery unless delivery insurance has been purchased by the customer. This optional insurance, available for an additional fee, covers potential loss or damage from the time of dispatch until delivery. It’s important to note that under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to certain protections, including goods being of acceptable quality and as described. Should you experience any issues with your delivery that you believe do not meet these guarantees, we encourage you to contact us to discuss a possible replacement or refund.

Weather Policy

To ensure the quality of your wine, we closely monitor weather forecasts. Shipments may be delayed if temperatures are forecasted to exceed 32°C at the warehouse or destination to prevent heat damage. We will communicate any delays promptly, offering options for order cancellation if the revised timeline is inconvenient.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you have concerns with your order, please contact us via our website. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for products that are faulty, not as described, or don’t meet other consumer guarantees. Orders that are ready for shipping or have been dispatched cannot be cancelled; however, refunds or replacements for faulty goods will be processed in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds are processed immediately upon approval of cancellation or recognition of fault, but may take up to 20 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider’s processing times.
