Sales are available to persons over the age of 18, or the legal drinking age in your place of residence, as is required by law. A person over the age of 18 must be available to take delivery of and sign for any products ordered.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
We may cancel your order and provide you a full refund at any time, and for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Wines are available for delivery in Australia only. For customers outside of Australia, please refer to our distributors page to find the nearest availability.
Freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price, with charges indicated during the checkout process. Payment must be received before the wine will be dispatched.
All wines will be delivered to your home or office via Australia Post or courier during normal business hours.
Please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery. In times of high temperature we may delay your order to protect the quality of the wine. You may cancel your order before it is dispatched if this delay is inconvenient.
Purchases are made at the customers own risk. Once an order is dispatched by us and we accept no liability for the delivery of items by the courier service unless insurance has been separately purchased.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you have any concerns or questions with your order, please contact us by any of the methods provided on our contact page.
We are unable to cancel or refund any order once it has been readied for shipping or dispatched.
Skillogalee and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible.
