A wonderful mixed selection of twelve bottles of Skillogalee wines, including eight bottles from our special limited-release museum collection. Grown and produced from low-yielding vines, primarily dry-grown, and sustainably managed, from the highest slopes of the Skillogalee estate in the Clare Valley. The fruit for these wines is managed in individual parcels, with each contour and block of vines picked as it reached its optimum ripeness and flavour. Each parcel is then fermented separately, allowing us to foster the individual characteristics of each, before blending immediately prior to bottling.
