Our Small Batch Malbec originates from dry-grown plantings in the gully that fronts our cellar door. This wine captures the eye with its deep, inky purple hue and engages the senses with aromas of lifted violets, fresh florals, and dark fruits like blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum. Accents of spice, leather and tobacco add complexity. The palate reveals brooding fruit flavours and fine tannins that bring structure and balance. Explore into the intricate nature of our Small Batch Grenache, carefully created from hand-harvested, dry-grown vines in historic vineyard blocks around our Sevenhill estate. Whole berry fermentation amplifies the beautiful strawberry and red fruit notes. The wine greets you with a bright ruby red colour and offers rose petal aromas and a soft texture. It showcases ripe red fruits like strawberries and cherries, complemented by a touch of floral spice. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, marked by lively acidity and gentle tannins.

Lastly, enjoy the sophistication of Skillogalee’s Small Batch Cabernet Franc. This wine comes from a select parcel of hand-managed, dry-grown vines on our estate’s hillside slopes. Aromas of lifted violets, dark berries such as black currant, plum, and black cherry harmonise with subtle notes of cedar, tobacco and a touch of green bell pepper. The palate features a medium-bodied profile with dark fruit flavours, earthy and herbal undertones, firm tannins, and good acidity, all culminating in a long finish.
