We encourage all members and potential members to read these terms carefully to fully understand the obligations and privileges of membership.

Newsletter Subscription: To be part of our loyalty program, you’ll need to maintain a free subscription to our email newsletter, which serves as our primary channel for important updates and exclusive offers. We aim to keep our communications minimal—typically less than one email per month. During event seasons or special releases, you might receive one or two additional emails. Unsubscribing is simple with just a click. Please note that doing so will also deactivate your loyalty benefits.

Annual Spend: To qualify for higher membership levels, you must meet the specified minimum spend within the current or last calendar year to qualify, as outlined for each tier, or by joining our Skilly Club. Once this spend is achieved, you’ll enjoy membership benefits for the remainder of the current year and the entire following year. To keep these benefits, you must maintain the specified spend each calendar year.

Wine Discounts and Free Shipping: These benefits apply only to regularly priced wines from our Estate range and above and do not include discounted wines or those from the Skilly or clean skin ranges. Shipping is complimentary across Australia, though some regional locations are excluded.

Complimentary Tastings: To enjoy a complimentary tasting, you must be present and part of the group. This benefit is non-transferable. If you wish to upgrade your tasting experience, it can be arranged with a pro-rata charge.

Vouchers: Vouchers are personalised, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid exclusively for food and beverage charges in our restaurant or towards the room rate in our boutique accommodation. Vouchers are valid for 6 months and cannot be used online or at our cellar door for wine purchases. To redeem, please contact us directly to reserve your table or book our accommodation. Please note vouchers are not valid for bookings made through third-party sites and must be made directly with us or through the booking links our website.

Data Ownership and Account Management: Your privacy and data ownership are important to us. You can manage your account by subscribing/unsubscribing from emails, updating contact details (email, address, phone, and optional saved credit cards), or choosing the “Delete My Account” option at any time via this link. Selecting “Delete My Account” will permanently and irrevocably delete all account history and progress towards membership tiers, except for information we must retain for legal, accounting, and compliance reasons.
