For Gourmet Weekend, we are opening a small number of places for a more intimate way to experience Skillogalee.

This privately hosted experience begins in the vineyard, walking through the estate to understand the site, the season and the way we farm. From there, it moves to a guided tasting that explores how those decisions carry through into the wines.

The morning then settles into a long tasting menu lunch, built around seasonal produce and matched with a selection of wines from the estate.

Hosted by a member of the Skillogalee team, the experience is conversational rather than structured, with time to ask questions, take in the surroundings and move at a natural pace.

Available by booking only across Gourmet Weekend, with a 10:30am start each day. Places are strictly limited.
